Founded in 2001 by Dmitry Balyasny with a team of 12 in Chicago, Balyasny Asset Management L.P. (BAM) has grown to be five main offices in three countries with over 200 professionals. Although the company has grown, the original premise remains the same: Create a culture with a work-hard / play-hard mentality where successful people can grow to their potential and feel part of a "family".
