The firm was ranked 24th among the 40 Best Small and Medium Workplaces. This is BAM’s second time being named to the list after previously being featured in 2018.

To determine the Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance ranking, Fortune research partner Great Place to Work surveyed more than 840,000 employees at U.S. companies to find out which in the financial services and insurance industry rise above their peers by instilling trust—and allowing members of their organizations to reach their full human potential.
In that survey, 97% of BAM’s employees said BAM is a great place to work. This number is 38 points higher than the average U.S. company.
This is the most recent recognitions of the firm’s collaborative workplace and operational expertise. Earlier this year, BAM was recognized as the "Best of the Best" mid-cap hedge fund in 2020 by South Korean institutional investors. In 2017 and 2018, the firm was recognized among the ‘Best Medium Workplaces™’ in the U.S.
