Given our focus on building a positive workplace culture, we are excited to announce that we have been recognized as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ company.
This recognition was granted entirely based on employee feedback. Great Place to Work deployed a rigorous, research-backed employee experience survey to BAM team members across roles, ranks and regions. The survey results confirmed that 97% of BAM employees believe our firm is a great place to work, compared to the U.S. workplace average of 59%.
Across the board, 98% of BAM employees say:
- Management is honest and ethical in its business practices;
- Our facilities contribute to a good working environment; and
- They are proud to tell others they work at BAM.
