Thomas will lead all Human Resources functions globally for BAM. One of his core mandates will be to adopt a systematic, data-driven strategy that enhances performance at every level — from individual contributors to teams, all the way up to firm-wide processes.
Before joining BAM, Thomas led HR at 21st Century Fox and Match Group. Alongside his corporate experience, he brings strategic insight from his tenure as Partner and Managing Director and Head of the North America Human Resource Practice at Boston Consulting Group.
Thomas will be based in New York City and reporting directly to BAM's senior leadership team.
